Vikingship 1:50 - Revell by Ronald

Thank you guys
Ronald,

I just wrapped up my build on the same kit, if you want to add benches/seats, there is a member who does the 3D printing of these on the BB, go through my build, look for a member called "Jhoanor"

Ron, What color and paint are you using to dry brush? I mainly use enamels and am slowly switching over to water based, I'm going to try to test the Revell Aqua series in the brown you used but was wondering what you used for your dry brushing.

Jake, I used as the base colour the Aqua 382 but instead the 82 would work also. The first is semigloss, the second is matt. Then I esed the wash from Valleyo as in the photo (73.203). When that dried I used Vallejo Sky Grey. You could use white as I somtimes do but the grey makes it a little less obvious. I drybrush with the Army Painter drybrushes and they work great for this purpose.

About the aqua; I thin them with methylated spirit. here it is deliverd in a somewhat blu-ish colour but that will not disturb your colour. It looks like this:

I hope this will help you :)
