current build images Your actual Ship Modeling Project - briefly introduced at a glance -> present it here

No idea why this posted upside down. The original is correct on my phone. IAMI 1/200 United States Coast Guard Cutter Eagle. Info on this model is almost impossible to find. It is not even listed in their catalogs.
It’s a first for me and a real learning experience on the rigging.

Looks the right way up from here, downunder :)

Imai US Coast Guard Eagle update.
I’m in the rigging stage now. Not really happy with some of what I’ve done, but the glue wins.
The kit came with a shroud/ratline tool. First time making them and figured this would be the best way, especially at such a small scale.

That's a beautiful model! You certainly have something to be proud of.

But wait a minute ... what sorcery is this?? Two days ago, you posted photos of a complete hull, but with no masts, bowsprit or rigging. Did you do all that in two days?!? I mean, ratlines alone take the average modeler a couple of hours (or more) each. Wow!

Mast were already built. Yes rigging and rat lines in the last few days

I decided to write in this thread as well.
In between building the CVE, I sometimes work on the Russian brig "Kotka," built in 1794. It's a skerry brig, wider amidships and with low masts.
It just so happened that I didn't pay much attention to it. That's why I haven't photographed it since the very beginning of construction.
The methods are the same, standard ones.
It's still under construction.
