Then I did some basic design of the decks, mainly because false decks are cut from plywood, so I need to consider the position of all deck elements

I don't plan to entirely reproduce the gundeck and middledeck elements, just the guns, that's why they are so simple
 
I also did the preliminary design of the stern galleries, for now just the basic geometry. I tried to stick to the drawing as much as possible, but still some deviations were required to create the 3d curves

What's the plywood thickness and how many passes does it take that laser to cut it?
 
it's 4 mm and I have to do 4-5 passes. Each bulkhead took me about 10-15 min per pass.
I'm replacing the diode now, the lens and the air compressor, so hope for better performance
 
Are you using the same machine with different attachments for laser cutting/milling? What brand is it? Does not get more precise than this. Thanks for sharing.
