I will use segments of thin Balsa strips

One frame was lasered inacuratly, had to do some special grinding.

Framework is glued.

FYI: One frame bended a little after it had been cut out. Corrected it with the heat of my kitchen-hotplate.

There are so many sources, for example I use a German book from Wolfram zu Mondfeld, but also from the English master-builder Philip Reed. And there is a lot of stuff on youtube.
