Sorry, I can't help I've not gotten to that part of the build yet. I think if you do a search and find the other SB builds on SOS you might find an answer.

I used the same type of rudder hinge on my Willem Barentsz build.

My bet is that you don't ply the triangle on the good Side( interior vs exterieur of the braket). Then you can attach two triangles with pin.

That's interesting I was going to put the hinges on top of each other where you have butted them together.

Yeah I checked it out on you tube. Nice bit of kit I will stick to my pliers for the time been.

Unsure how you attach the hinges to the rudder also how the wrap around deck is assembled

I would assume that the hinge extensions should be bent like this:

They should fit into the notches, and therefore not extend out so much.

Maybe not reading the plans the right way but Iam very confused with the belaying points as an example one plan show to belay rope Z17 on the belaying rack and the other on the mast cleat.Some have a number but no coresponding number on the plan for it.Any help would be appreciated.

Gerry, I’m not much help for your problem, my SB has been on the shelf for a bit. Maybe some of the other SB builders will be able to help you.

Thanks Jan I sure hope someone as been far enough in the rigging to help me.Getting frustrating since no more videos being produce to clarify the rigging.

me gustaria saber cuando pintais con los tintes de Pavel, si usais barniz,
como limpiais el aerografo o como diluis el barniz si fuese necesario para dar el acabado.
¿El barniz lo dais al final de cada trabajo?
Agradeceria todos los detalles posibles sobre la aerografia a tener en cuenta
con el acabado del modelo.
También me gustaria saber como se aplica el aerografo para el tintado de las velas.

Good afternoon everyone:
I'd like to know if you use varnish when painting with Pavel dyes,
how you clean the airbrush, and how you dilute the varnish if necessary for the finish.
Do you apply the varnish at the end of each job?
I would appreciate any details you can give about airbrushing techniques to consider when finishing the model.
I'd also like to know how to use the airbrush for tinting the sails.
