Hello again,
Thanks everyone who welcomed me.

I will post some threads because I started this build on 4th of Februari 2024. My excuses for my English. Please correct me if I use the wrong technical details ;)
The box is well know.

Very nice build, I have the same ship on my bench, only as far as starting planking, will get back to it some time. Just a few questions. Did you order the paint from Kolderstok? They're quite nice colours. Also, I'm assuming the ornaments are the 3D printed ones, so much better than the original castings. Their detail is fantastic. Well done.

@frankieg,
Yes these are the paints from Kolderstok. I ordered them with the kit.
I also use brown and black from "army painter" Matt black and Oak brown. And there are Vallejo colors that I use for the extra detailing of the 8 "knightheads".
The ornaments are the new ones that are now in the Kolderstok kit. If you have old ones, maybe you can contact Kolderstok and ask for the complete new ornament set and paint in one go. ;)
Good luck and enjoy building.:cool:

Thanks everybody for the comments and the like.

Update of last week. As I was working on the shrouds of the main mast I can tell that both are now ready. All the way up to the futtock stave.

And the overview.

After the ratlines I placed the main stay. The detail on the top. With already 2 blocks on each side hanging on the stay.

And a detail tied up on the bottom with the big "10mm" blocks.

So far this week.
For next week some paint works and the crowsfeet on top of the main stay.

Nice building week on the shipyard.

Sadly the replica here in the Netherlands is getting more of a sad thing. Mast clipped, sails gone. Bah. In the good old days she was magnificent.
