That’s very touching news, Peter. I’m truly sorry to hear about your wife’s condition. Please take all the time you need to be with her — your care and presence mean everything right now. We’ll be keeping you both in our thoughts, and the forum will be here whenever you’re ready to return.
 
Hi Peter I am sorry to hear your Admiral is bk in hospital, wishing her a full recovery which i am sure she will with you her captain by her side.

Last monday, my little Admiral passed away, after a dreadfull few weeks, and now after a few day's i have come to realize how tired i have become.
The care for my Admiral went on in the last few weeks both day and night, with just a few moments of rest.
Now i have to find myself back again, and if that is done i hope to return to the shipyard.

My sincere condolences Peter. I can only try to imagine what you are going through now. I wish you much strength to get through the coming period.
Be sure to take some moments of rest and hold on to the undoubtedly many beautiful memories.
Let's hope you find your way back to the shipyard soon again.

Thank you so much for your words,
Two and a half years ago, my Admiral had to start her fight, and she fought like a lion.
As you remember, in Oktober 2024, they told me in hospital you better prepare for the worst.
So it was already a small miracle that she made it to this month, but 3 weeks ago, she had to stop fighting because here power had faded away, and it all went faster and faster, until last monday, i got a painkiller from the docter, and that was the last medicine i could give her.
I have taken care of her from the beginning to the verry last minute,day and night, and i am so glad i could do this for her.

And @Herman , i will take my rest, because i now have to find all shards back, and glue them back in place in my head, and all good memories are written in steel in my head,
@dockattner @BradNSW thank you so much, i will remember your words about this season, and i hope there was room in the inn for my admiral.

@shota70 ,@Papatotalos I want to thank you also for these words, the loss is great as you say it. verry great. I don't know yet how to deal with it yet, besides gathering the shards, and putting back togetter again

hope to see you back soon, when i have it al together again.
