Indeed it does NOT make sense - I'm becoming resistant to say but, I discuss that in the early pages of my log for this kit. The museum images of this ship model, of the ones I've seen, all angled the mast inward enough so that the spritsail yard aligned at its center with keel stem.I would like you opinion on whether to run the bowsprit parallel to the keel as per the book or centeralised, I have drilled a pilot hole but nothing is final
