Hello everyone from Greece! First time posting here.

By chance, I came across a full sealed collection of this set. So I started it....

My building experience includes plastic Revell models, mainly fighter jets, and Lego, if that even counts as experience. So this is something completely new to me.

The first posts from Barba in this thread helped me getting started, now I finished the first 4 steps. I have no idea how long all of this is going to take me, or how good it will end up, but so far it looks decent to me!

Por acaso, me deparei com uma coleção completa e lacrada deste conjunto. Então eu comecei...

Minha experiência em construção inclui modelos Revell de plástico, principalmente caças, e Lego, se isso conta como experiência. Então isso é algo completamente novo para mim.

Os primeiros posts do Barba neste tópico me ajudaram a começar, agora terminei os primeiros 4 passos. Não tenho ideia de quanto tempo tudo isso vai levar, ou quão bom vai acabar, mas até agora parece decente para mim!

Quick update on the build. Just finished Step 16 of 100. Love it so far, but I'm still getting used to working on wood. Varnishing and trimming could be better, as well as the alignment of the decks, which I tried to "cover up" with vertical planks. This is partly because some pieces are bent, so it wasn't easy to align everything.

Doesn't look too bad in my opinion and I'm not looking into creating an exact replica. Hopefully it will end up looking good when finished.
