Hey Namabiiru,
I drew a drawing and then edited it with Adobe Photoshop. I then printed it on ultra-thin film using a laser printer. The height of the border is 1.75 mm = 0.069 inch.

I used transparent film for the print. The background of the dinghy was white. The colour of the foil was red, with a transparent border, so that the white colour of the boat could shine through the pattern of the transparent foil!

Found this on Ama$on. Don't know how available it is in Japan, though. You can get it with a white background as well.
