BUILD LOG: SOLEIL ROYAL - TRYING TO ENHANCE KIT DeA [COMPLETED BUILD]

Forestay stag mouse: I'm a little concerned about dimensions; hoping it is not out of scale.
To make the mouse I've modelled some putty and covered it with a piece of gauze to reproduce the texture, then painted with acrylic black.

Foremast major yard.
It has been a hard work and I still have another 10 to do, sgosh!

When I see one of those wonderful admiralty models I get enraptured, but without the masts they always leave me with a sense of unfinished. I consider the masts to be a fundamental part of these ancient ships, and they also have an exceptional scenic effect with that interweaving of maneuvers. Then, when the time comes to make them, I go crazy with the effort, and sometimes I tell myself that maybe they were right to stop at the hull. Then I get back... I cannot leave it without masts and maneuvers.

Hello, just started to build this amazing vessel in scale 1:70. DeA's kit is very well done, qualitiy materials and decorations, but it is a kit and this time I want to go beyond and build a model that when I'll look at it I can say I couldn't make it better than that.
Some pics of deks not yet finished: at the end they will look teak color; also a detail of the shape of some floor boards. Hoping you will like them, every suggest coming from experts is welcome.
Hallo @Alessandro63
we wish you all the BEST and a HAPPY BIRTHDAY
