I look forward to following along John as you build this beast.I always fancied this kit but I have enough projects for two lifetimes nowI have seen some amazing models built using this kit as the basis.Only thing it was ever criticised for was no full size plans just a DVD that gave measurements.Is this the case?

Yes Nigel, no full size plans, only printed instruction manual with pics come with each pack. Probably same info on the DVD.

First casualty of the evening, my thumb! Drove nail thru frame into thumb. Note the red spot! red stain on plank!

Removed clamps on this pesky bow planking after overnight curing of the glue. Nothing popped loose!

The starboard side proving to be a little more of a challenge than the port. Think one more lank will do it.
