Endurance - Occre By Paul Marotta Build Log -- Trials and Tribulations of my First Build

Phew...more progress today. I replaced the stamped metal stanchions and rope railings with really nice turned brass pieces I found online at Drydock if I remember correctly, plus I used wire from Tichy Train Group for the railings...that was a bit more of a challenge than I expected but I like it better in the end. I also replaced the wood dowel exhaust stack with nicer looking Evergreen Styrene tubing and that too looks better in the end but took significant "re-engineering" to fit!. Obviously all will be painted later. Cleats are in, belays are in, companionway is made but FPO at this point. My question is if I glue it in now will I have trouble with mast and rigging later? Anyone here been through this before? I did add some of the blocks as well but not the deadeyes as I have nicer ones coming soon, later this week I think. The blocks are replacement "Beautiful Blocks" from Expo and they are indeed much nicer.
