I hope you don't mind me asking, but are the rope sizes you used for the shrouds also downsized to the appropriate scale? It almost looks as if they are too large for the scale, but it could also be photographic distortion of the picture..

The first shroud is enforced, but not the second, 1 mm / 0.7 mm like monograp 1/48 converted at scale 1/72 :
