Dock on the hull I cut out the 2nd layer of planking since I was painting it. It just seemed and unnecessary step.

Lmao have one too. But we work Canadian shift. We work half the month and we get 7 days off in a row every month

Well of course I got overzealous with the standing rigging on the mezzin mast that I rigged the backstay before finishing the ratlines on the upper section. Definitely makes tieing the rest of the ratlines a challenge with the back stays in the way. Also go the futtock lines done for the mezzin mast and started hanging the shrouds on the mainmast.

Well got some rigging on the mainstays done and hung quite a few lone for the ratlines. I cant quite get then fully rigging yet as I need to hang the back stays.

Been busy with work since my last post but got in an hour tonight so tied some ratlines. I know I'm weird how I do my ratlines but I space them out and then come back between them. Lol. And all done by eye.

Thank you Grant. I have used a jig in the past, but I have gotten away from it. It just feels more natural not using one now a days

Finished up the ratlines that I had started the other day on the lower section on the mainmast, still have the other side to do. Was able to get the Lower backstays hung and rigged up the middle section shrouds.

Well when I'm not working on my GORCH FOCK, I'm either working or at the gym or a new hobby canning. Just finished 30 jars of satsuma jelly and have about a dozen left to do

Not much happening right now other than getting the back stays put on the main mast. Still have quite a bit of ratlines to tie off. In due time she will get done. Looking back at my LOGBOOK I'm at just over 165 hours in to her over the span of 4 months so far.
