Hello friends, it's been 6 months since I did any shipmodelling.
I have moved house and been distracted with home renovations, but now I am back into my build again.
My new custom made workbench is now in use.

today I have temporarily fitted the stub masts in place, and now fitting the deck beams.

Caf is stopping the production of the enterprise as sales is lowering and they need the space in the production for their new models. This is posted on 4h model. Production will be stopped in November so if you like it you should order it now you still can.
Glad i got mine. Umfortunatly my building jig came with wrong laser cuts... should be fixable.
That's a shame. I was looking at this model from Aliexpress. But when the USD/AUD exchange rate come into play it became way too expensive.
How did you hear about stopping production of this model?
Do you have any idea what the new models will be?
Thats a shame they are no longer going to produce this kit. Its the best model kit I have seen.
This was posted on 4hmodel.com by cfship2000 who is the man behind CAF. It is certainly an expensive model but worth every penny, ask Brian.
New models are le Renommee and hms Bellona.
yes, the H.M.S Bellona will be my next build I hope. It looks wonderful from the pictures.
