H.M.S. PEGASUS - Swan Class by David Antscherl & Greg Herbert Scale 1:36

This is the cutest Pegasus I have ever seen! The new interpretation of the curly mane turned out to be unexpected. I think the curls were much thinner, because there is little hair in the mane. As in the photo:

You have a small mistake. You made ribs in Pegasus's body. In fact, the image simply shows light and shadow with strokes.
Such strokes are often found in English drawings.
Horses were drawn without ribs in the drawings.

Moreover, Pegasus is the son of the main god, he did not starve.

If they wanted to draw a figure with ribs on a drawing, then this was depicted with special lines, like here:

But whatever you say, your Pegasus turned out very cute! :)

wonderful carving work, my dear friend

Excellent work!! The detail is superb. Thanks for sharing these wonderful pictures and your carving talent!!!

We will be interested to see how you connect the wings. Just glue or some small pegs to reinforce the joint??

Love the model overall and I love the figurehead, especially with the details of the horse's body like the ribs. :)

Last elements before starting with the masting: the nets of the gangways.
I used a cardboard holder of a suitable size, threading very thin cotton thread diagonally between the cuts and then using another thread in the opposite direction by tying knots in it
