Really wonderful progress.
How big is the rigged model (length and height)? I started with the build of my Alert in the same scale.

Sorry for my late reply, I needed to measure the dimensions. The deck length is 620 mm, the overall length including bowsprit and the extension of the boom is 1200 mm. The height is 1000 mm.

Yes the hull is not very big on its own but when it is with the masts and bowsprit, it takes up a lot of space.

The jib halyard is secured to the deck with a tackle while the fore sail hallyard is secured directly to the winch cross piece.

The halyards were secured and a few rope hanks were added to the cleats and the pins .
