Hi Guys

Please help me out here. Following the excellent build of the HMS Diana, I visited ZHL's website to have a look at their Diana (even though this may not be the model that is being built).

But on this screenshot, it says it is the Caldercraft HMS Diana? So does ZHL sell the Caldercraft kit?

No they dont, its a chinese version of the CC Dianna as is the Victory they sell not a ZHL kit, but an on sell . ZHL is also a distributer for other Chinese suppliers.

Yes, It is the order processing time.

I already got several kits from ZHL. And all my orders were shipped in a frame time of 3 days top 4 days. And that was at the peak of the COVID issue.....excellent.
If you dont mind me asking what kits did you buy? and can you give more detail of what the kits were like?

Regards
Steven

Hi Steven

I will copy and paste here what I txt you through PM . Yesterday I thought this was a thread about the Diana built. That's why I wrote the below:

Now I read it , and is about ZHL and a few misunderstandings.

So I will post here (copy) our exchange.

Hi Steve

ZHL Models is a seller. I am not sure what kit he have developed. But he sell many important Chinese brands. You can find those " developers" here at SOS. So the kit quality does not depend on ZHL.

What kits I got from Max (ZHL models). Many !!!!!

Thanks for your reply. So by the look of it your happy with his products and service. would i be correct in saying that?

More than happy. He has an excellent customer service. If a kit has a missing or a broken part he (Max) replace it. You have 3 months to check your kit.

I bought more than kits from him. Wood (excellent) and accessories too.

Always remember that the kit quality depends on the manufacturer. He is a middle man for most of the kits. The ones Max sell as ZHL KIT, I do not have anything to regret.

Cheers
Daniel
