A very cool Christmas present Rebus. It came out really well so I’m sure he will be chuffed.Finished the ship for the bottle. Now trying to decide if I should put it in the bottle before giving it to my 8 year old grandson or let him help me do it? Concerned I may run into problems at his home without all my tools and then not be able to leave it with him.

Maybe put this one in a bottle tooHave gotten back to my build. All masts, yards, and booms shaped and ready for stain and painting before assembly.
Felt good the past couple of days to get back to the Endurance.

Leaning toward doing that, especially now that you have reminded me that extra hands may not be helpful.FWIW, I recommend bottling it first. It’s one of those jobs for which an extra pair of hands is definitely not helpful.

Thank you Günther.Hey Rebus,
That looks really great. Beautifully done.![]()
