HMS GRANADO 1:48 scale PoF CAF Model by Keith

Hi All. After 14 enjoyable months of building CAF Model's HMS Granado, I'm finally calling it a day with this kit. It is a really nice looking kit and would recommend it to anyone who is into PoF admiralty style kits. Thank you for bearing with me over this time and for your likes and comments. The next job is to clear the decks in my workshop ready for my next adventure which promises to be my greatest challenge so far, which l hope to start in about 2 weeks from now. It's the brand new project from Modelship Dockyard. 1:48 scale Royal Navy frigate HMS Enterprise 1774. It's going to be a monster build. 960 cms length of the hull. l have the kit ready to start and it looks to be a beauty

Keef, what a beautiful, fantastic build you have! That clow finish is perhaps the most beautiful type of finish there is, well done.
Thank you very much for your comments Daniel. Yes l agree that Clou is great stuff and very easy to apply too. Unlike oil based finishes, it does not affect the glue from adhering properly

Bravo ! Muchas Felicidades. This is a masterful model. I'm also starting the Enterprise in 2-3 weeks and will be following your lead . The years will go by...

Good afternoon Keith. I am super excited to see you build the Enterprise 1;48 from Dockyard. I believe this is a fabulous kit so I’m looking forward. Enjoy!!! Cheers Grant
THANK YOU Grant. I received this kit a couple of weeks ago and looking through the contents of the box it does certainly look to be a great kit. Excellent quality parts and material. I'm a big fan of Modelship Dockyard. They are evolving in leaps and bounds both in quality and also in the subjects of their kits. Their next release looks to be a monster, 1:48 Le Fleuron. I'm already excited about that one and saving up my pennies towards what I can see may possibly be the ultimate build. I'm now in a position to make a start on the Enterprise, so maybe in the next couple of days I shall begin with making up the construction dock :)
