I glued it on a blue Titebond, used glue to a minimum, to keep the frame. It was only difficult to remove the frame in the nose, I filed it with a diamond disc, and broke it out with pliers.

Unpainted wood was coated with pharmaceutical vaseline oil

I love this little boat - very good idea to fill the boat with some material and stuff -> it will be visible I guess at the top one of the stored boats on deck

I am currently doing my boats for the Vanguard, and they look very ordinary compared to these.
They are truly magnificent, the details and your painting are first class.
