L´Amarante 1:36 POF

As ever, Marsalv, I remain awed by the outstanding quality of your workmanship. You have a gift for precision, that also still conveys the hand of the maker; without a placard to guide me, I could identify one of your projects. This is the stuff of the best models, IMO.

I completely agree.

A wonderful detailed scratch build stove, Marsalv. Looking forward to the completed setup.

Hi Paul,
all parts in the picture are brass etchings. You can see two types of etchings here - plates with strips (made as one etching) and separate strips. When assembled, the strips themselves are then glued to the plate and fixed with eyelets and nails.

Ah, I understand. Thank you for answering me and congratulations on these parts - they are as nicely completed as any I have seen. Bravo!

The knees were made and added to the already installed deck beams. Next came the charcoal stove. However, because I made several mistakes in the design of the etching parts, it was necessary to make additional adjustments to the etching.

A very nicely detailed ‘swinging stove’, Marsalv. Great brass-work skills.
