A nice sail, Adi. I am impressed by the special way of asymmetric rigging.Thank you all for your likes and comments.
Now follows the third of 6 sails, the foremast topsail. The main sail will follow next. I'll keep at it.

You're probably right, the CAF and Boudriot drawings are somewhat misleading. But... I'll bring the upper yard forward, then both will be the same.Looking very good
I am only wondering why the upper sail is on the different side of the mast ?
Sieht besser aus. Many thanks dear friends, especially Tobias and Uwe for the tip. It was somehow immediately clear that something was wrong here. It was also immediately obvious that the upper sail should not be forward, but the lower one aft. Small panic outbreak, can this be managed without too much effort?
(Grübel, grübel und studier)..... Yes it can. And now for a cold beer... the result.

viel besser - macht irgendwie mehr SinnSieht besser aus.
With waterproof wood glue, this works quite well and the sail still remains flexible.Great job! How do you join the clothes?
Thanks, Piano! You're doing a fine job. I did hardly see any better achivement on sailmaking so far. Does that glue turn into any yellowish shade? With waterproof wood glue, this works quite well and the sail still remains flexible.
