You're probably right, the CAF and Boudriot drawings are somewhat misleading. But... I'll bring the upper yard forward, then both will be the same.

Now I have looked at the CAF construction plan again and for whatever reason I have found exactly this constellation, perhaps there must be a reason for this.

Adi, first of all, fantastic work on your sails. From what I see, the lower sail is mounted on the wrong side of the mast. Here are a couple of examples.

Many thanks dear friends, especially Tobias and Uwe for the tip. It was somehow immediately clear that something was wrong here. It was also immediately obvious that the upper sail should not be forward, but the lower one aft. Small panic outbreak, can this be managed without too much effort?

With waterproof wood glue, this works quite well and the sail still remains flexible.

Thanks, Piano! You're doing a fine job. I did hardly see any better achivement on sailmaking so far. Does that glue turn into any yellowish shade?
