One question - with which tool you are making the notches for carlings in the beams etc.?
with chisel or do you mill them?

Hello Uwe and thanks for your nice comments and everyone's 'likes'. I'm using a milling machine (Proxxon MF70) to make notches for its high precision, with a pattern on a piece of wood to guide how deep I have to go, although I use a chisel too for retouching.
 
Your oven is will done - I compared it with the drawing of the planset
I good training for the big oven, which is much more complicated to build. Thumbs-Up
