Sorry, Uwe, I did not take any pictures during the process. I made it upside down, on a layer of face-up masking tape (sticky side upwards). The pieces are cut from a sheet of veneer with a knife and a circular saw, with a thin metal blade. The ready cut pieces are attached to the masking tape with tight tolerances. The ready assembly is glued to another sheet of veneer. Easy. A bit more than 200 pieces. This is my third veneer floor (Royal Yacht Caroline, then the Napoleon barge, then this one). Somehow still the first one is the best...
