Just looked at my plans they are dated 1978 so I think this an old kit

1978 yep it explain a lots
But at least they made the frame with laser cut and probably did a better work, my 2 Mamoli kit the frame where done with CNC and badly done

same hero. Even with the Model of Victory 1978, only the false keel and Bulkheads were badly cut. FROM THE STONE AGE.
