LEGO Endurance

Ordered the day it was released. Have yet to get the build going. Will go well with the guest room nautical theme (titanic, lighthouse, and Jaws sets)

The Admiral also ordered mine directly from Lego on its release date of 29 Nov - Black Friday and it was already on backorder, although it did arrive before Christmas. The free gift with purchase was supposed to be Shackleton's Lifeboat. Instead, I got a little Christmas-themed train. Cute, but not what I was hoping for. This has happened way too often where Lego does not accurately anticipate the demand for an item and the promised GWP disappears far too quickly. Just curious, did you receive the lifeboat?

My kit was shipped from a Hobby Store in California. Oldest son saw the kit on LEGO's site but it was on backorder. He was visiting friends in California and they dropped in to the local hobby store to have a look around and noticed the LEGO kit.

I think this what your referring too.

A couple other LEGO goodies also came with the Kit.
