POF L'Amarante Corvette de 12 canons 1744 1:36 (Ancre Monograph- Gérard Delacroix) By Shota

Hi Shota,
the holes for the anchor lines should be drilled parallel to the hull axis, not perpendicular to the planking. This topic was discussed here:
thank you very much my dear friend marsalv, for your guidance
Indeed, this is what I actually did, after observing and studying your excellent work and construction logs, by Gympie65 and Tobias. Along with a look at the monograph's plans

Good evening dear friends
In The last two days I took a short break from working on the bow decks This time
I have been focused on preparing the rope openings in the bow of the ship as well as the black blocks in the bow.
These blocks are part of the rope openings as well as the decorations in the bow.
I would like to emphasize that the work was carried out with the help of an electric wire saw, sanders, a Dremel, and manual work with sanders. I would also like to mention that the decoration of the bow, made of poplar wood, is the initial decoration prepared for simulation purposes.
I am attaching pictures of the process and the interim result,
good night to all of us

Wow, Shota. Maybe one of the best thing ever seen on SOS so far. You definitely reached highest rank of modelism by that .

good afternoon my dear friend
The beakhead parts are ready, with the rope opening parts ready, to be installed in later stages :)
I understand that final adjustments will be required when assembling/
gluing to the bow, but for now it sits well.20260305_122147.jpg20260305_122203.jpg20260305_124253.jpg

to build in 1/48 - I am at the very beginning of my journey with this nice Corvette of 1722 in bookbinder's cardboard of 1mm thickness.

Best wishes from Berlin Card Yard,

Chris

Good evening dear friends
In the Last week I went back to work on the decks in the bow.
I installed the crossbeams for the middle deck, placed the deck on it and the boundary wall (both without glueing).
I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
Good night

Witaj
Zdjęcia przemówiły , piękna praca Shoto. Pozdrawiam Mirek
Great work Shota,
Looking forward to see her in October in Hamburg. If you are able take her with you 8-)
Good morning Shota. Very interesting viewing. I love the cut outs of the hull and the patterned ones on deck and bulkhead. Cheers Grant
Great job, Shota!
Are you going to add stones or barrels for balast?

My dear friends
Thank you all very much for the support, compliments and words of encouragement, it strengthens me in these difficult days.
Working on the ship gives me peace and satisfaction.
Regarding the question of the stones, I have not yet decided, I would be happy if you attach a picture of where they are placed and I will decide.
Also, I doubt if I will be able to get the model in its entirety to Hamburg, given the high flight costs, I promise to bring parts as I was at the conference in Evian. Finally, thank you all for the likes and smiles
