Looks good , I want to do same , assume fore and aft. Did you make the pulley or can you source? Do you know were you can source pulleys for main sheet etc and trying to work out what is scale size

False pulley in the mast.

I used a bit of 6mm dowel. Put it in my lathe and cut the “V” then cleaned it up with a fine file. Cut the pulley off the end of the length of dowel. Hope that makes sense.

Finished. The chap that asked me to make it for him is going to paint/varnish it. I only painted the areas that I needed to build over.
