looks beautiful, well doneMore carvings. I was immediately satisfied with the putti. The two profiles, on the other hand, were unexpectedly difficult and I then did them again (bottom row). In the end I didn't like them either and I revised the first variant a bit.

Dear AlexanderArchitectural elements carved in boxwood and painted with a slightly lighter gold color. This way, the motifs are set off a little better.
I carved the three connecting roses in pear. It's quick, but looks a bit rough. I'll do that again. The carvings are fastened only provisional and have not yet been properly aligned.

it's looks wonderfulThe 4 prominent figures of the transom are also finished now.
Two putti support or held the shield.
Two angels with a total of 4 ancient fanfares. What they represent is a mystery. Maybe the 4 winds or as a herald of victory over godless enemies? Who knows ....
I also re-carved the 3 roses.
The material was boxwood again.
