Because of crohn disease in have to quit slowly. By transistion small intestine to large one its scar tissue and then everything gets stuck there . My docter strangly advices to smoke little bit to keep it running there. I already had problems this moning. But i keep on going to stop.
 
Outstanding work pat I quit smoking just before Christmas not much choice being in the hospital for a week where I couldn't leave my room. My whole system is going though some changes in a positive way. Hardly any caughing, I sleep so much better now and it seems like I have more strength and stamina already. 40 years of smoking takes a toll for sure. I have been vaping and I'm down to 3mg nicotine will drop to 2 then,1 then done in the next 2 weeks. I'm happy to hear your out and about Brother, stay the course. I wish you the best.
 
Tnx m8! going slowly but steddy. The point is that i now already smell the smoke on my clothes and thats not a nice smell. I caugh a lot more and nose is cleaning i think. Is that normal. Also bit dizzy. Never stopped so.....
 
Did it again. Drove twice the dictance and have put the pedal to the floor. Made also 20 posts for railing. The are wet from the first layer of varnish so when they are dry tomorrow i sand them a bit so that they will become lighter in color. Then i can complete the deck railing. Then i will start making the spiral staircase 4 times.20190117_150509.jpg
 
Update. Made spiral stairs. Took me about 16 hours. Cut out the steps and made the poles to attach them to. Soaked some balsa 2 mm thicknes and wraped it around medicin container. Glued it all together. Following the manual that was it. I wanted to do some more with it. So looked at mantua manual and on Internet and this was the result. Need to sand them little bit and varnish. Also pictures of the other stuff in made for the decks. Tnx for watching.

Some more. Asked docter for couple of months to check my testosteron level and b 12 level. Was not nesesery het said. Now he did and testosteron level was half of the minimum level and B12 was 98 and was 278 4 months ago. These 2 give a lot of problems if they are to low also panic attacks and weak muscles so gonna raise it and hope it takes away a lot of problems.

Hi terry. I use different kinds of glue. I first look if plank fits directly or if i have to bend it a bit or have to remove some wood to fit. If it fits right i use the transparant contact glue all over the plank and then i Do some tiny drops of the power glue with a dictance of 1 cm and then i carefully put it in place and in about 10 seconds it bound and you cant remove it from its place. When these 2 glues mix with placing the planks it really stucks. Its the cheapest way for me because the store i buy it askes 1.29 euro for the big one and 1 .19 euro for 2 of the little tubes.nog nails or clamp needed this way. But 1 plank at the time and dryfit first .

I have had 3 B12 injections so far, have to have a test in 2 weeks time to see if I need another.

Little update. Made the lantarns for the stern and placed cannons. Cannons and lantarns look a bit too big to me but oké. The lantarns are brass but for the chinese market they are from paper. I had them both in my kit. They are bit different then from the kit and couple of years ago when it was more expensive. Now you have to make a stash of brass rounds from little to big.
