Sorry for not dropping by for a while. I can see that 'you have put up all the sails and are going a great knot' to be so much ahead from my last 'looksee'.

They told us 3 times that 35 euro each month was enough. Now they came with the surprise that they made mistake and have to pay 400 euro extra this month.

It seem like power companies are all the same worldwide!

Tnx all. Put a layer of varnish over it. Think its last time in use veneer next boat in will use normal wood.

Why did you stated this? Your second planking looks great and you should be very proud of the results.

Tnx all. Hope tot finish rail today. Gonna put some brass at the top of the front rail. Playing with castings in between. Carl them in wood and then make pewter copy. Need to make some castings for under the decks instead of pillars.

Bad day today. Got the flue. Hole in leg still open and 2 more infections under my arm. Think gonna cut them fryday. So only worked on the deck from the bow. Took a long time to get the cratings right.

Little update. Installed the wails but didnt fixed the bow part because i want first fit the parts that atach the bow decorations to the bow. Installed the cannonports on both sides. Painted the parts blue that has to be blue. Also painted all the decorations. Planked the Stern decks. Completed the handrails. Also played a bit with making castings from tin. They have to be adjusted with milling machine and polished. And made molds from every decoration piece i had from all the kits. Didnt feel very good this week so progres is not much but kept me bussy.

Looking great Brother love the Blue against the wood color stands out very nice. your doing good with casting parts. Its nice to see folks venture into new territory to learn something new.

Tnx all. Its a blue from the Brand art deco. Its a paint that costs only 2.50 euro and you can use it on wood. Plastic. Iron.

So made my own carings for the stern. The ones from the kit where 2 beds on wheels but not the original with someone riding dolphins. Have to paint them gold. They are little bit bigger but they fit so i give it a try.

Working on the Stern. The decoration is not totaly glued yet. I used nails to get it in place till in am satisfide when all is complete with rail and other decorations. Also started a clay project of a lionshead. I want to learn to understand taking away pieces from a solide Block of wood to make carvings. From photo to 3 dimancional carving. I use clay so i can make mistakes and when i take to much away i can easy place the clay back and it cant with wood. So learning with clay and if i succeed in go on with wood.
