oh well....i ''finally'' decided to use up some watco oil, and live with the orange...it might change over time.......but i'm at peace with not being able to achieve my goals, and will just have fun learning......perfection is for the other guys

anyways, ....the planking has turned more brown now, which is good...and....i've found a bottle of sheffield deep gold 1717 paint at gia hardware in new york for $22 us....but would cost over $65us to ship it to bc canada....thats $120 cdn for a 2oz bottle of paint...................they probably have the last 3 bottles in the world, as sheffield is no more.......just hope i have enough to complete the work on the model.....
