here you go Don, they are around the corner from you.Can you buy small brass sheaves like in the picture? I made these but they are a PITA and the results are kinda inconsistent.

That's what I've been doing on my lathe and I couldn't get the thickness consistent. I would have to throw away half of them. I think my lathe is a little big for such small stuff or maybe I'm just incompetent. I'll still have to make a few of the larger ones.I'd buy a brass round rod and sliced as many sheaves as required.
