Sovereign of the Seas (Mantua) by Nj0rdr

Slow but steady process.
Finished all 10 gun carriages.
Before taking the picture all of them looked okay. Now I see on every single one all kind of flaws. o_O

Good morning. Your carriage is awesome. The barrels are complex and close up photos do reveal the moldings from the kits weakness. Non the less these are great cannons. Cheers Grant

Here is my version of the Sovereign of the Seas.
I am at the beginning so just glued the frame together and the first 2 decks and also the first planks are on the ship.

The next step will be to add some LEDs.

I will post a picture when I have finished all the smoldering work.
Hallo Wolfgang alias @Nj0rdr
we wish you all the BEST and a HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Not much happened since the last update. Just sanded the underwater hull and installed 2 decks.
I also added the holders for the dummy cannons. I also painted them just in case you can glimpse.
And as you can see I also put a bottle of rum into the picture. It is from the same company which delivered the rum for the Austrian Navy end of the 19th beginning of the 20th century.

Great ship . Its on my wishlist. Gonna follow this one! Working onze my almost finished victory and the trinidad and the wilhelm zu pferde.
I put this ship on my Christmas Wish List, but the Admiral said no.

And I have to say the masts are a bit higher than expected
and the main mast will be even higher

a small recomendation for the rigging and masting
such a small table - adjustabel in height - can really be very helpful
