Hello, thank you all for the best wishes for a successful outcome of my surgery! I have a cast for 12 days now. Then physiotherapy and exercises for the hand and fingers!
If the pain I had turns out to be gone by then, everything will be fine. If the pain isn't gone by then, I will have to go under the knife again and a tendon in the wrist will be removed;

Two questions for the Norske Løve builders!
Question 1: A "Rigging Overview" is provided on page 29 of the manual. The numbers F70, F71, F72, and F73 refer to the thicknesses of the ropes used. Does anyone know which rope thickness corresponds to which F-number?
Question 2: At the top of the drawing of the forward mast on page 23 of the manual, a block F64/2 must be installed for L8. The parts list only mentions a block F64/1. Should two ropes pass through it or just one? This is not clearly visible in the drawing! What is the difference between F64/1 and F64/2? Which block should be installed?

You should have a 1.5-meter length of rope—that’s the F74.
If that is the thickest rope, then it stands to reason that the lower the F-number, the thinner the rope becomes.

According to one of our hobby dealers in Sweden, it looks like this:
F70 = Ø 0,2mm
F71 = Ø 0,5mm
F72 = Ø 0,8mm
F73 = Ø 1,2mm
F74 = Ø 2,0mm

Not really.
Standing rigging is normally black.
Running rigging is light brown/ochre.
(I never build this model)

I checked a bit deeper and I think it's a misprint in the manual. As you say there is only one item F64/1 in the part list and when I count the ones I have, it's about 180 plus pcs.
I think the one that is mentioned as F64/2 should be F223 instead.
Look at the picture below: From left to right I believe it is F223, F222 and F64/1

Hey Krister_L, I think you're right! F64/1 is a 5mm block; a double 5mm block cannot be found in the kit! Looking at the drawing, it seems to be a double block. L8 has 2 lines running from Ra no. 2 on page 28 of the manual through the double block to the deck. So, two lines. The only double blocks in the kit are F223!

Hello everyone! After my surgery, I started preparing the rigging. I began by painting a number of deadyes black. Next, I placed the copper connections from the deadyes to the hull in acid to blacken them as well, and then I varnished them!
After that, I mounted everything for the forward and middle masts on both sides of the ship. It turned out better than expected and already gives the boat a bit more character. (See photos)
