Outstanding craftmanship with excellent detailing and finishing work. "Well Done"!

Thank you, with help from a friend learned how to design photoetching, molding of resin and pewter, and vacuum forming. Scratchbuilding is a learning process.
 
prop shafts should be same color as lower half of hull as they are made from steel not bronze.
Thank you, since I was a young boy visiting museums the Cadillac of US naval ship models have been built for display by Gibbs & Cox Naval Architectrure. That one day I could build a model that in some small way would bring the visual appeal I so enjoyed. Yes in the real world the shafts are of hull red, but in the display world they chose jewelry as with USS Gearing.
