Viking ship kit

Pavel, I have one question regarding your color set. I would like to use it, but it is not currently available in the US and I really don't want to wait another month to receive it. I know your formulations are alcohol based. Are they dyes or stains with pigment? I'm assuming they are dyes, but they seem to sand off very easily and dye tends to penetrate well, so I'm curious what you are using.
Yes I am curious too as to if we could duplicate it here in the US and maybe use the medium for a drybrush/wipe off procedure.

That's great , I Understand your thinking now. Are you considering a video on the rigging of the Oseberg. The plans are ok but no notation of what deadeyes or blocks to use at different points.?
I will definitely build the Oseberg completely, with rigging and sail. As for the rigging which is shown in the documentation for the kit, I am surprised, I thought that I showed in great detail and the wiring of the gear and where which blocks are used. At least you are the first one who wrote me that he does not understand something in this matter....
In your case I can send you photos of the built ship, there everything is clearly visible....

Documentation shows fairly clear but no words relating them to what's in the box. This 90 yr old novice needs a lot of help, thanks

Forget what I said about #13 just tired I guess.
Let's move gradually, the rigging on your model is still quite far away, I will definitely have time to make a video on how to wire the tackle and what blocks to use where. First we need to build the ship itself, that's what I suggest you to do, and I will help you if you have any questions...).

The Oseberg set continues to evolve...)
New oars have been developed, they are not just closer to the original, they just match the original oars of the Viking period...
Starting from April these paddles will be used in serial Oseberg kits. Also in our shop, will be available a set of such oars for those customers who have already ordered ‘Oseberg’ earlier, the cost of the set will be within $ 14.

I'm definitely interested, will they be listed on your web store or do I need to send an email request?

I guess it's just me but I have always thought when doing a project far ahead. When I built my 1800 sq ft house and when working on the framing I was thinking about the roof :D

Well that's probably a peculiarity of any design engineer's thinking...) That's exactly what I can say about myself...)

What figures will be available besides the helmsman and the "Jarl"?
Three figures of archers in different poses, three Vikings controlling the rigging and sail, Four Vikings sitting on benches and working oars (left and right) All these figures are still in the work of the modeller....

We made a decision not to introduce the sailor figures into the serial set, firstly they are not really needed by everyone, and secondly it will significantly increase the cost of the set itself, and therefore reduce its availability for modellers. Therefore, the figures of sailors will be sold separately and piece by piece, respectively the team of sailors each modeller will be able to form at his discretion ...

The Jarl is not yet available for sale, in your kit it came as a gift.....
I appreciate the "gift", however, in the post I quoted, you were still announcing the version 3 kit and the wording "The kit will include sailor figures" implies that the ones you showed would be in the kit. You never mentioned they would be sold separately.
