can you tell me the measurements of the yardarms, my kit is very vague. by the way your black pearl is real nice. You have good pics but i need the sizes

I also had some difficulties with the yard dimensions. In the end I based them on the sail size as much as the instruction sizes. Here what I used based on the best measurement that I could get off of the fully rigged ship (in mm):
Fore: 255 Fore Topsail: 200 Fore Topgallant: 160
Main: 283 Main Topsail: 205 Main Topgallant: 170
Mizzen Crossjack: 210 Mizzen Topsail: 145

Ther may be 1 or 2 mm of difference in my measurements from the actual dimension since I measured on the rigged ship.
