Hey Guy, do you have a build log for your Shallop?I am building the Capt. Smith's Shallop kit that you recommended. Your videos of it on Youtube are very helpful. I am just getting the frame completed and have not started the planking yet.
Really nice photos. Thank you for supporting Ukraine !I just opened a box with a new kit from the Ukrainian manufacturer "Ships of Pavel Nikitin". And just delighted with it. The whole ship is made of different types of wood (alder, beech, walnut) and no plywood or MDF...

These assistants are fine until they decide to find out if yardarms make good eating!HANDSOM ASSISTANT MAYBE SHOULD GET MINE TO START ASSISTING. GOD BLESS STAY SAFE YOU AND YOURS VICTORY THROUGH JESUES DON
These kits are like a constructor. You better not rush to glue the frames until you try them all on the keel and only when they are perfectly fitted - you can glue everything...I actually just started one today! I am attaching what I have, which is a Word document so let me know if you need me to save it as a pdf.
Guy
That's why I have a stock of defective planks, which I give to the cat to eat every day)))These assistants are fine until they decide to find out if yardarms make good eating!
