Small update. I worked on the inner planks. Before bending, I put them for one hour into hot water.
It takes some time to find out how to clamp them during drying and later bei gluing.

I also trimmed the deck beams, dry fitted.



And then I took her out from the jig. I was so happy to see the shape after first sanding.

The dry fitt fitts well.

Just do not forget to remove the small excess parts, which hold the part inside the sheet before you removed the part (marked in red)
Also helpful to prepare already the small notches for the carlings, which are now round (because of the cnc milling) but should have edges (green are the future carlings)
In my opinion it is much easier to prepare before the elements are fixed permanently inside the hull

After break I return to the model. I did my best with clinker planking. It is not perfect, but I am fine with it.
Oh..I almost forgot, I cut the hull.

I did some work also on the other half of the model. The gun ports was opened and I started the deck framing

The installed carlings are looking very good - small joints with the beams and accurately in line -> BRAVO, well done
