On the bottom part I did lot of holes and use brass wire to simulate hull planking bolts.

I have also started cutting out the upper deck from the jig and fitting the rail.

Wow, another "Madman" cutting his perfectly fine fully framed hull in half
But it will make a beautiful model. I like the way You cut out the planks "around" the deck beam ends. That is some accurate work!!


I see You did not have any trouble with the main deck beams being too short... so I definitely did something wrong.

AlI that I can think of to say is WOW!!!!! The only split model I have ever seen in up close in person is at Preble Hall in Annapolis and the construction amazed me then as your build amazes me now. THANK YOU for the pictures.
