You may want to try something like this? They have many others, probably metric also at reasonable prices. Check out Harbor freight also, if there is one near you.

I prefer to sandwich the brass between a couple of pieces of wood then drill the hole instead of using a punch to avoid stress and bending....What do you guys use for a center punch on brass for .1mm holes and smaller
