Hello Rich, the 'jigs' or better say construction support is a unique design and will be required for the next stage of assembly. Frankly to say, and going a bit ahead, there will be yet another assembly support, the third one counted. @SAIL AND SAIL MODEL well thought about simplicity and at the same time precision while taking the next step of assembly. Great idea of those 'jigs'

WOW: The fairing lines are indicated and each bulkhead is marked with each individual's strake exact position. Planking will be child's play!

Now that looks convenient to have the strakes marked out. Does this continue along all of the frames? This is an interesting log to follow. Nicely done. Rich

After finishing up the gunport lining I had another round of sanding inside and outside, meanwhile, I built the next part of the jig and placed the upper deck upside down on the top of the jig to build the lower level of the hull.

Hi ,you nee only sending sticks ,they are are very delicate and easy to sand

I found them!they are 2 inches ,also found these
