Hi Daniel, I used both Weldbond and thinCA glue. They both worked equally well but the CA being clear made it easier to see the line going into the hole, and thanks for the compliment.the fish line has a touch of glue or just stay by pressure ?
Thanks Uwe, I hope you do come back to your Salamandre soon - I need a tutor, spending more time figuring out the plans then working....but that’s the fun of itI should come back once to my own Salamandre ........

Hi Daniel, not much happening on Salamandre. My mother’s health has gotten progressively worse over the past month and taking a lot of time keeping her out of an extended care facility. Hope to get back working soon.Well.... I would like to hear your thoughts.
Hallo Mike, alias @BigMikeWell I have put this off long enough, welcome to my build log of La Salamandre. The kit is amazing, the materials are top quality.
This build will be quite a challenge for me but fortunately I have Uwek, ADC and Koreets logs to follow.

The building jig was straight forward and went together easily. I used some wood blocks for extra support and also left the ends removable.View attachment 164893View attachment 164894View attachment 164895
