I had a similar issue so within the purchase page I pressed the "Contact" button and explained the issue. Denis emailed me and switching to email he inputted my order directly. He said a small number of states would not display cities - cause unknown.
Please allocate at least three weeks to the USA, but if lucky, you can have it faster.
The only two that I’m aware of ,mine included, took 21-26 days to reach the states. Be patient it will arrive.
Was yours delivered by UPS, FEDEX or USPS?
Pavel ships with the Ukrainian post so only can be delivered by USPS

Due to situation in The Ukraine, there are no direct flights from Kyiv to the USA. All packages are first shipped to Europe and then to the USA.

Additionally, you can request a tracking number from Denis. Before the parcel came to the US, you can track it using the tracking site below. The tracking number should be similar to this RH088185592UA (don't track it, It is bogus, just as an example)
