I'm delighted that you've already accomplished this on this large piece, Jeff. It looks very nice.ok, I finally got the other set of hawse timbers glued in place and also the transom wing is shaped and installed. Once those dry, I'll work on the Kelson !

And I'm delighted that you are also working on this small piece, Jeff. A different mindset for some time.I'm also working on the small "kit" of the replacement ships wheel to replace the one that came with the kit

Really? I didn't think the price was that bad and it looks way better than the 3D printed one that came with the kit which had way too many spokes !Price of this wheel scared me.
It's same like a 1:1 scale 24-inch wheel from a horse-drawn carriage, on the country decor website.
But admit, it looks great.
Thank you Peter.I'm delighted that you've already accomplished this on this large piece, Jeff. It looks very nice.

Price from Chuck very reasonable.Really? I didn't think the price was that bad and it looks way better than the 3D printed one that came with the kit which had way too many spokes !
There is a third, center piece than fits inside curve to complete piece.can you help - just seem to get sarcastic comments from others
At the Front of the Lower Deck there is a part Number L1d
On Sheet D4 there are two parts L1d
Totally differnt shape but does fit
Any ideas please as ive not found a mistake like this on the plans
ITS ALRIGHT - L2d for Gun Deck is similar
Its obviously been changed on the WOOD but not on the plan !!!!

This looks like a deck hook that fays to the apron. As TRS7139 points out, it may have to be beveled slightly and notched so it can rest on the deck clamp the same as the deck beams rest. It looks to be about 15 feet above the keel.Be aware the trim lines for the tapered curve as well as notch to fit keel
With all the hooks, a lot of fitting. Lots of bevel to the frames on lower ones, less the higher ones. Forward curvature usually needs adjustment to match interior hawse curvature. Go slow !This looks like a deck hook that fays to the apron. As TRS7139 points out, it may have to be beveled slightly and notched so it can rest on the deck clamp the same as the deck beams rest.
