There are freelancers or small companies in Poland who handle small projects of this type, transferring copyrights to the client. The deadlines vary (in my case, the promised two months turned into probably four or five, including revisions to the initial designs). I'm not sure exactly what sculptures/figurines you need. I used the company "trojwymiarowi.pl", which, among other things, also advertises designing (and printing) individual orders. Price probably plays a role, but perhaps such a service would be cheaper in Poland than in Australia.
